Elias is an entrepreneur based in Amsterdam & Texel. In Amsterdam he works on Fall prevention for elderly people together with the Judo association of the Netherlands. His company ”Lichtvoetig Lopen” offers trainings for senior citizens. The goal is to avoid accidents and to provide people with the tools to live longer and healthier. At the Island of Texel he has his own recruiting firm, “Werken op de Wadden” which helps companies deal with the fallout of the aging of Dutch society. Before this he was elected in the city council of Texel where he was Party Leader of the Greens. He is currently part of the board of his old high school, and was trained by Ebbinge for this role.
